I have the the issue that the routing on my Fenix 5X Plus does not work with error code not enough memory. Sometimes the Fenix does not longer respond during my training. I have to restart it and start a new training. After the reboot the device works again for some hours.
I did already
- Complete factory reset
- Deleted all maps and deletable files + Downloaded all maps again via express software
- upgrade to beta version 8.02
- downgrade to stable version 7.6 (including factory reset)
- upgrade again to version 8.02 (including factory reset)
Problems is again there (sometimes it take 1-2 days). I created a garmin case and only received the initial mail but no answer from garmin support, no phone call.
I need help to fix that issue! Maybe there is also garmin support guys in the forum?
