Hello all!
I want to create a workout for 1:15 that simply counts down the time without "attempting" to record reps.
Initially, I put the workout as a Strength workout but I understand that there is no way to disable the rep counts under that category.
I created a "Custom" as other but it keeps defaulting to the Elliptical workout.
What's the best way to create a simple Strength workout on my fenix 5 Plus without creating reps?
