Altimeter Issue

I have a problem with altimeter of my FENIX 5x, the altimeter always marks 0 meters. I have done several Hard reset, I have calibrated the altimeter and the barometer and the error is not solved. Any help?
When I calibrate it gives me the correct altimetry but the barometer gives me very high levels.

First, be sure you calibrated both barometer and altimeter well. If still continues it may have a hardware issue. Barometer may be broken and reporting wrong pressure, thus high pressure readings etc.
