I usually run the same courses on weekdays and weekends and since 13.30 I am getting much higher elevations during my runs. As an example prior to 13.30 my typical 6 mile run had 300 ft of elevation and now its 600 or higher. My typical 10 mile run went from around 500 ft of total elevation to as much as 1300 ft. I went back through my activities and with 13.0 my elevations were fairly consistent, and exactly since 13.30 they are all over the place. Am I the only one? Is there something I need to do?
