How do I raise a support ticket with Garmin UK? The support pages do everything but mention this.
I went for a run today in the rain, and my supposedly waterproof to a 100 metres Fenix 5s has water damage on the screen and the screen is flickering when the backlight is on.
I bought it in June 2017 but it was replaced in October 2018 as it was faulty. Garmin says this is under warranty for 90 days, but I believe this is a serious problem and falls outside the warranty and should be covered. After all, this watch was £500 under two years ago and is supposed to be for the "demanding environment" (Garmin's words).
Has anyone experienced the same? I don't swim or shower with the watch on.
