F5 Incoming Call view

Hi,

I have got an Fenix 5 on version 13.3 and an Honor 7 phone. When I get an incoming call, I usually see who is calling and can accept the call or decline with message. But since some weeks (I guess since the update to 13.3), I only see who is calling with a random number under the name (for example 10:23 or 1:50:23) and "read" under it. I can not accept/decline the call anymore.

Could you please help me to restore the old status? I have already uninstalled the garmin connect app and gave all possible permissions on the phone to Garmin connect app. I also enabled viewing only calls (no smart notifications) but that also doesn't help. Are there any ideas?

Any ideas? I think that within the firmware upgrade, the phone call part on the firmware was not correctly installed. Is there any possibility to re-download and re-install the firmare? Or to get back to v13.00? (without loosing warranty) I already made a hard reset but that also didn't help.

Same here with my F5. Contacted Garmin support and went through the troubleshooting steps as you done and more and still have the issue. I too believe it is related to the 13.3 update. Garmin stayed that they do not have any active tickets on this. I was told to finally do a master reset and if it wasn’t resolved, to contact them via email for further info. Email sent awaiting response. Had the watch for a couple of weeks and so far not thrilled with the inaccurate GPS and notification issue. What is next??
