Sleep Tracker has Stopped Functioning Properly

Beginning last Friday, the Sleep Tracker function on my 5x Plus has stopped working properly. Time asleep is now logged as Awake in Garmin Connect when using the F5xPlus. The problem is definitely with the 5xP, as my Vivosmart works fine (see Wednesday vs Tuesday in attached). I have been in touch with Garmin support, yet they have no suggestions while acknowledging the issue. I wonder if anyone else has had this problem and been able to resolve it.

I have never had a problem with the sleep tracking on my 5X in 1.5 years - until the last two nights. Both nights recorded no sleep. It says to "wear your device when sleeping". Obviously I was wearing it because it recorded my heart rate but no sleep data. Not quite the same but a recent sleep issue for me too.

First time in >2 years sleep phase tracking stopped 3:30. I awoke at 6am. Sleep movement recorded until 6am. Fenix 5x on 13.30
