heart rate stop working during activity using Bluetooth HR strip

Since few weeks i have a problem wth my Fenix5 and a Bluetooth HR sensor.

During my indoor cycling workout this morning, works well for the first 12 minutes and then sticks to 90 BPM... Wich is not my normal HR for this kind of exercice.

Disconnect the HR sensor fron the strap and connect it again. HR rate becomes in the good range. I though it comes from the bluetooth but it seems to be the same with the wrist sensor...

This doesn't happen during other activity. Other sensor conneted are Cadence+Speed and power, both using ANT+.

Already done and test with 2 differents HRM Straps...

I also have problems with the latest update 13.30.

my Hrm connect and disconnect again and again. also my foot pod from stryd, regularly loses the connection with bleutooth ...

Chiming in to say I noticed the exact same issue today with my Polar HR strap. Everything was rock-solid in previous software versions. The HR randomly disconnected and only seemed to reconnect if I physically disconnected and reconnected the HR module with the strap. The batteries are new, and never had an issue prior to the software update.

Looks to be a new problem since Fenix V12 update. Garmin-Matthew could you please report this to the dev team ? If you need some files from my Fenix 5 feel free to ask me. Thank you.
