Fenix 5X paired, syncing, but no activities are shown

Fenix is correctly paired with my iPhone, showing the green dot, notifications works properly, but after a long syncing process no activities are shown.
Tried several times to unpair and re-pair, turn on and off both phone and fenix; had also a factory and after it syncing worked properly but just for a few times.
Software is updated.

If I connect the Fenix through garmin express or via wifi, everything works good.

I've got syncing problems with the Huawei Pro 20 2019 and my 5x with Garmin Connect, and Explore.

Garmin Explore wont recognise my watch.... So is useless.

Garmin Connect will lose connection with the 5x if I close the app.. . or if I have it in the background... Will also lose connection.... So is nearly useless.

All work perfectly with any of my Samsung old phones.

I hope Garmin will work with Huawei to get this sorted for Huawei users.

The answer was given to me by another forum user for the Huawei....

Hauwei use a power consumption alert that shuts any app off... if deemed using to much power. .. therefore you will never have a stable connection. ... Unless you perform these actions. .

Phone settings... Apps. ... Apps.. . Connect... Power usage details.... Power consumption alert.. (turn off) . . App launch... (Background activity not restricted)

I updated the iOS on my IPhone, didn’t realise it needed an update reset Bluetooth and it appears to have fixed the issue for me.
