The notification actually comes into the watch and watch shows the text or email or phone call and lights up but no vibration at all. I just set it to sound and vibration and I will test and see the sound comes through
Just tested Sound DOES work but Vibration doesnt on notifications.
I wonder how else I could test the vibration to see if that is the issue??

If you set everything to vibrate it might/should vibrate when you start/stop/pause activities no? That might be a good way.
I assume you played with settings->bluetooth->smart notifications->watch mode? If you did that's disappointing.
Yeah on the 5 you actually go to the notifications then long press the middle button and then you are giving options specific to notifications and I have it setup as the following
During Activity - show phone calls only - vibration on
Watch Mode - show all notifications - vibration only - when I set this to tone and notification the tone works but vibration doesnt
No idea what happened. I was messing with the WIFI on the watch and then all of sudden it said network error and then the watch screen had a circle around it and started spinning and showing UPDATING
and now the vibration is working
There is no way they sent a update out is there??? I dont know how the updates work
