[h=2]fenix 5 random reboot[/h] Today, 04:01 AM
Dear all,

my fenix 5 after the last firmware update is randomly rebooting (SW 13.00) with or without an activity launched ...
the reboot is performed with the blue triangle startup screen.
I have already restored the factory configuration. And reset the watch many times but nothing changes!

Yes I have upgraded to the 13.23 Beta Release I will see if there is some improvement of the behavior of the watch. Before that update I have removed all the watchfaces to see if it could be the root cause but no changes ...

I’m having the same issue. I was requested by support to download Garmin Express and see was there an additional update which I wasn’t getting on the IOS app, I update the GPS software, unfortunately my reboots are still happening, to the level I can’t sync the watch via the phone anymore. And yes I’ve restored to factory defaults as well with a stock watch face.

I had a problem with reboots on a long ride last weekend. Noticed beta 13.24 claimed to fix a problem with cadence sensors causing reboots, so upgraded to the 13.24 beta. Haven't had the rebooting problem re-occur on short rides, but haven't had the opportunity to test it with a longer ride.
