Since v13 my Fenix 5 is restarting every 3-5 min during workouts. It happens when running and i have my own created interval workout started. Totally frustrating!!! The device restarts and then ask if I want to continue...
Same here, random occurrence in 3-5 minutes intervals, garmin strength and cardio apps seems to be affected in my case. All others works fine. Looks like SW bug. I suspect it may have something to do with CIQ fields included.
Something similar happened to me yesterday (Fenix 5S). During a commute ride with course navigation, my watch started to reboot after about 3,5 km (+/- 9 minutes). Each time after rebooting the watch asked whether to resume the activity, but shortly after, it rebooted again. And so on. After 3-4 times of this, I decided to stop & save the activity. Then I started the activity again with the same course navigation, and it then worked without issues for the remaining 12 km (+/- 30 minutes). Very strange!!
Hi PelleBertilsson - Could you please email us at [email][email protected][/email]? We would like to look at the error logs for the crash you've experienced. If you plug your watch in to the computer and open the GARMIN\DEBUG folder there will be an err_log.txt (or .bak) and a RAM.txt. We would like all of these files please. Also, please tell us in your email specifically which CIQ apps you have installed.

Hi - I've also sent my files (email yesterday). Couldn't find this ram.txt file either, but I have included the .FIT file from the activity that caused the rebooting.
