Hello All,
I purchased a Fenix 5 a couple of years ago and did a fair share of workouts with it, including HIIT and running, plus some trail stuff as well. While all that data is still in the Garmin connect, I have a question as to how I should proceed with it after a long break. Its been over a year since I have used the watch for anything and I am concerned it will think I am at the levels I was back in the day when I was in much better shape.
Should I factory reset the watch and delete all of my data or will it relearn things like training level, vo2, rest times etc ? Thank you for all the help.
