I must be an idiot...I'm trying to get my watch to change the minimum HR for my Zone 2 (low aerobic) from 132 to 129, but I can't seem to find the right spot to make the change. I've made adjustments in my phones garmin connect app under the device/user settings/configure HR zones, as well as directly in the watch under settings/user settings/HR/HR zones. But whenever I go for a run, it continues to stay in Zone 1 (warm up) through a HR of 131, then goes to Zone 2 at 132.
Can someone explain in some detailed terms how I can change this?
