Running Dynamics is not working

Hello All,
I have paired my F?nix 5X device paired with HRM?-?Tri. Have also added two Running Dynamics screens in my Run setting on my watch. However when I jog, do not see both screens. Looks like HRM-Tri is not transmitting data to watch. I am making sure that HRM Tri is connected with watch before I initiate the run. Can you please advise how can I enable Running Dynamics feature? Thank you in advance.

have you tryed:
restarting the watch?
delete and reconnect your HRM-Tri.
change the battery in the Tri?
make a new app with running or reset the running app in the watch?
i just looked at my last runs. haven't any issue with it.

Make sure you're not wearing the sensor upside down.

Does the watch show heart rate from the HRM-Tri?

I’m experiencing the same issue with my HRM Tri. Have you managed to resolve it since and how?

Same problem. Tried to reset watch, app and HRM tri, but still not working.

It's new and running dynamics never worked. Although the heart rate from the HRM tri is working well, checked with watch off the wrist.

Checked that the HRM isn't upside down. Changed battery of HRM after resetting it.

Still not working

Any idea anyone?
