My Fenix 5x updated to 13.0 overnight and I did an indoor ride on my Wattbike Atom this morning. Whenever the watch auto paused it crashed and restarted. Anyone else had this?
Hey Jonah2948 try this as it seems to work for me , just tried a quick ride though, nothing long
You can, probably skip the first part
1 ) I re-installed Version 12 with a clean setup, ran it for two days
2 ) then I downloaded the version 13.21 beta, this will restart the watch with a 'cleanish' (bit not clean setup) (don' botherer pairing phone or anything)
So once booted into 13.21 then do a Clean setup using the following
Hold the power/Light key until the menu appears.
Choose power off.
Press and Hold lap/Back button.
Press the power/Light key
You will get the menu “Clean user data: Yes/No?” release LAP button.
Then choose yes to factory reset the Garmin watch
Garmin watch is hard reset and ready to pair to Garmin Connect again.
This will really clear the watch, so starting like new
