Data blank for runs

My last few runs for my garmin fenix 5s is blank I can see the distance and average heartbeat but the extra data is just blank anyone have the same issue ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1472897.jpg ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1472898.jpg

    Yes having exactly the same, and I reported this in the mobile app section of the forum.
    I don't know if the watch is in question here, but all data are correctly acquired and synced with Garmin servers. I can see all details and graphs with Connect online version, so not sure that the issue comes from the watch. I would rather suspect GC mobile app that is unable to show the data. I have seen this problem for a few runs this week, so it is pretty recent.
    Hope that a solution will be found soon, it is nice to have a 'quick' review of the data on the phone.
  • I agree with nch29 - check the web versions of Garmin Connect, and also your activity history in the watch itself for the details of the run. If you can see the data there, you can at isolate it down to the mobile app, and know that your data isn't "lost".
