There are lots of Latin letters with cedillas and with macrons that doesn't have support. That is in our actual alphabet, People have them in their names....
The fact you have exactly one Latin letter with macron supported it is "?", so you can write "F?nix", and few Latin Letters with cedillas supported from Czech language "?šž", shows me that there are no technical issues to add missing ones, in matter of fact it should take a developer 5min to add missing ones in.
I do not need any additional language support i use English on my phone and watch, i just need actual letters from our actual alphabet, people have them in their names for god sake!!!
