Went for my first run this morning after updating to 12.50. Normally, during training runs I spend the majority of time in HR Zone 3 with a tad in Zone 4. Usually 100% of the run is at a training effect of 3.2 aerobic.
Today, 32 minutes into a run my HR graph increased tremendously, resulting in 45 minutes of the 2 hour run in HR Zone 5 (37 minutes in Zone 4), and training effect was 5.0 aerobic, 3.2 anerobic. Has anybody else experienced unexplainable crazy HR, training effect numbers after the recent update.
