Yes, I realize the all powerful google can link you to the page, but was hoping for an actual source to the information as I was not able to navigate to a page for 'GPS Chipset Type M5'.

If you connect your watch to your pc using Garmin Express it should download updates for the latest FW, GPS, & Sensor Hub. Thats all I did with mine and it applied all 3 updates at the same time. Once I disconnected my watched from the pc the watch prompted me that I had an update to install. I pressed the select button on Fenix 5 and they were applied.
