LTHR for Cycling

Can someone from Garmin please advise why certain performance stats like LTHR isnt available for Cycling activities?

Because Firstbeat algorythms utilised by Garmin do not provide it. And if you ask why, then the answer is probably because there is not enough science behind it to provide a sensible value.
FTP is a somewhat similar equivalent for cycling.
