I tried searching for an answer to my problem but couldn't find anything, so if this has been asked again please let me know.
I have connected my Fenix 5X with my Android 9 device, a Google Pixel 2 XL, but there is a significant delay from when my phone starts ringing to when I get the notification on my watch. I'm talking like 4 rings before it shows up. Has anyone else experienced this? It makes the notification almost useless since I have to reach for my phone before it shows up to either answer the call or silence the ringer (which I would like to be able to do from my watch when I'm away from my phone).
I have installed latest firmware update on my watch and latest Connect app on my phone, i have also tried a factory reset to everything but nothing works! It is really annoying because when i connect me 5X to my second phone, iPhone SE, the phone rings and the watch vibrates simultaneously!!! So i guess there is a problem with connection to Android. Also, i have remove Connect app from all the battery saving settings in order app not to be killed by android.
Any ideas on how to solve this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
