I have the Garmin Vivomove hr at the moment and the odd times the hands get out of sync, so is an u reliable watch as far as time goes. I am worried about the hr cracking I have heard about. Is this still a major issue? And a possible prevention measure would a layer or transparent packing tape prevent this issue? it would certainly be a barrier to sweat and chemicals and read some of the refurbished issues have come with a layer of clear tape on the back? Think I will place tape on mine if cracking is still an issue
