Helping my Dad set up his new Fenix 5s and it wouldn't send information to the server, so Garmin support had us update the firmware which went smoothly and fixed the issue with the phone not working with the server, but now the Wrist HR monitor doesn't work, says there is a system error. It's enabled on Garmin Express setting and the mobile app and has been synced, so don't believe its' any settings. Also reset to default settings, no help. The HR Monitor was working before the update. Suggestions? Anyone else with similar issues? I was thinking of trying the beta update to see if it fixes it incase an update file was corrupted somehow. .
