Software ver. 12 notification lost

After upgrade to prod version 12 i lost all notifications. Here is what i did to try fix

reboot phone
reboot watch
soft reboot watch
unpair pair app

Before upgrade to 12 i never had these issues... phone is s9+ android 8.0 [h=1][/h] ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1434818.jpg

I'm having the same issue, I downgraded to the Android app to 4.13.3 and it works, sometimes. I've tried it on the Note 9 and Pixel 2XL and have the same results.

Suggestion:

1. Check your ConnectIQ Settings for Messages
2. Check your Fenix 5x Settings / Phone / Smart Notifications
3. I'm not very familiar with Android, but you may want to also check the phones Settings for Notifications.

Gunny: i tried all you mentioned right from the start . I had to uninstall android app ( garmin connect) and install it back . That was suggestion from garmin support and it helped partially. Still not like before prod 12.00:(

Hello karco, I think your only option left at this point is to "Restore Defaults" on your F5X. This is accomplished via the Settings menu on your F5X. This has always unscrambled my devices in the past, but be aware that you will lose all of your user settings. Make sure you sync your F5X to the Connect App prior, so you do not lose any data during the reset phase.
