Another training status question

In order to get a training status, do the activities need to be GPS tracked?

For running, yes. For cycling, I think that indoor sessions with a power meter are OK.

Okay thanks. If I used a Stryd power meter would that work for running?

No, it does need to be GPS tracked.

Well then, I guess if I want that to work I'll have to start running in the cold!
