pins have become loose

Has anyone else noticed the pins on their F5 get a little looser over time? Mine started off solid but within a matter of weeks, one is now quite loose and rattling when the watch isn't tight on my wrist. Just concerned it could get worse or even come apart. I have tightened both pins as much as they will go, so can only assume the holes that they slot through have worn a bit.

Yes, this happened to me quite early after purchasing my F5. I noticed that there is a small gasket on one of the sides of the outside of the lug pins. Most certainly to keep it firmly to the case. It became brittle and I lost it after just a few weeks. The gasket on the other pin is still there, but it is full of cracks now (19 months). Disregarding the "rattle", I have not noticed any problems.

that's interesting, thanks! I checked the pins earlier and couldn't see any gasket but it might inside the hole. Wondering if one has gone due to swapping the bands over once/twice a week.

Hopefully i can replace gasket of botch it somehow to get them solid again.

I had the same issues on both pins. I've asked the support service to send me new gaskets and that's what the did. After replacing these gaskets, everything is fine now.

thanks - I found these tiny gaskets and fiddled with them a bit. Rattle is less obvious now, so I'm happy. If it gets really bad. I will contact Garmin.
