Why my firmware version still 9.40?

Hi, Im a bit confused on the firmware version on my Fenix 5. The version is still 9.40. I am using the Android based Garmin Connect App to connect my Fenix 5. Isn't the app should automatically download the latest version (at least version 10+ if it's not version 11)?

What confuses me further there isn't Firmware version 9.40 based on my finding from the Fenix 5 firmware listings. Please correct me if Im wrong.

Your fenix is probably APAC version. The latest fw for APAC version is 9.40.

Thanks! Yes, my Fenix is APAC version. One more question, not sure anyone has the same problem as me. My Fenix 5 able to receive text notification ie sms, whatsapp etc. However, the watch does not allow me to reply. It only has "Dismiss", "Mark as Read", "Block App" selections. Im using Android based Garmin Connect App. The "reply" function should work for Android phone?
