Previous thread, still unresolved, but my refurbished Fenix 5x won't update past 8.10. The Settings/About menu on the watch shows it as such, but Garmin Express and Connect Mobile say it's 10.20. I can't install watch faces, because it hasn't got the correct version of CIQ, or any of the newer features. How do I fix this?
That resets the watch to defaults again, yeah? How does the 10.58 beta update the watch to 10.00, and then how do you get back out of the beta channel?
e: nevermind. I see that process is not applying the beta, but rather just informing the watch it needs to update.
