Hello, I have a problem with my fenix 5x from 10.58 kind of solved the problem of disconnecting the hrm bar, but it still occurs to me. My HRM-RUN is connected with fenix 5x and after a few seconds it disconnects, after returning to the menu sensors and accessories.There is still an error that the heart rate transmission has stopped working after 10 seconds, after returning to the watch face from the Sensors and accessories menu. Is this problem also on the 10.20 software? I have been using beta releases lately.
Hi Maiki76 - The HRM should reconnect when in an activity (you should see a little heart icon pop up on the black dropdown menu after opening an activity option.) Once in an activity, the HRM should not disconnect. However, outside of an activity, the HRM will disconnect as a battery-saving measure.
