Snowboarding activities not syncing

When ever I record a snow activity on my Fenix 5 plus it creates a file that Garmin Connect can not sync. While I understand I can delete the file its a core activity and part of the reason I purchased this watch. Please advise n how I can force the sync and fix the issue form happening again.

hi Brett,

Can you attach one of the activity files in a reply? I'll run it through the Fit File Repair Tool and see if anything obvious shows.

hi Brett,

FFRT didn't advise that there was anything wrong with the files but may have fixed something in the background as it was importing the files.

Give this file and this file a try.

And can I recommend updating to the latest firmware version - the issue you are having MAY have been fixed with a firmware update.
