Hi all, I've just bought a treadmill for home and wondering what is the current best tech to use with the watch? I have a footpod and HRM Tri strap. Unfortunately the info on this stuff has changed quite a bit over time so finding current info is a pain and I figured easier to ask here :) Is it worth putting the footpod on or is the strap sufficient? don't need super accuracy here just looking to record and pace
Thanks I had it in my head that the hrm tri did pace and distance too as it does do stride length and cadence. On the bright side I thought I was never going to need the footpod again and now I've fitted it back on my shoe :) To be fair both the F5 and Vivosmart 4 did a good job on distance today but obviously very bad when arms aren't moving properly such as a warm up walk.
