I think that's right. On the 935 forum, Garmin posted to say they were doing a staged rollout to the 935 initially, but that's complete now, so I'd guess that if your system software works with Galileo GPS firmware, it should just show up when you sync with Express.
ETA: that was intended as a reply to James Russell, got ninjaed by Marcski. Anyway, try syncing again and see if it works this time.
