What kind of training should I choose? I guess indoor biking?
I realise original question is over two years old. But at a time when perhaps lots of people getting out their bike trainers So wanted to comment.
The Tacx app has just been updated.
One user has put a very negative review on App Store re connection to Garmin - fair enough I guess.
However I can confirm my Tacx Vortex DOES pair easily with Fenix 5. I’ve got Power/Cadence/Speed/Distance/HR etc on watch. Whilst also connected to Tacx app on phone with both recording data. I didn’t require a ‘dongle’ as has been a previous work around. Both give pretty similar ‘end ride’ results.
All work fine very happy with set up.
May I ask how you have connected your Vortex to your Fenix 5? I can't for the life of me figure it out!
