http://garmin.openstreetmap.nl in Fenix 5

Hi, is it possible to use http://garmin.openstreetmap.nl light maps with Garmin Fenix 5 (no 5X)???
I remember using them with my old Fenix 2

No. You only have 50MB memory available and it will not rendered them anyway. Have a look at dynamicwatch who have create a CIQ app to display maps blocks downloaded in realtime.
