Rose gold strap replacement issues!

Hi I have spoken to someone on direct chat about this but I’m still not happy. I have a Garmin Fenix 5s Sapphire - I love it and have obviously spent a lot of money on it. It is rose gold. All I want is a new replacement strap which is exactly the same (white with rose gold metal). I have been told this is not possible. This is not acceptable to me as the straps are clearly manufactured to be sold with a new watch. A new strap with a silver buckle will look rubbish with a rose gold bezel. To spend this much on a watch and not be able to buy another strap is ridiculous. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks.
If the rose gold buckle on your existing band is still OK, you can easily move that to a new white 20mm QuickFit band (the 2 x torx screwdrivers required are supplied with new genuine QuickFit bands from Garmin). But if you’re rose gold buckle if all messed up, you’re out of options I guess.
Ah thanks!! I asked them if I could do this and they said no! Buckle is fine. Still very annoyed they don’t offer a replacement but this is great - thanks :)
Hi. I wanted to let you know that I was able to order a replacement fenix 5S band in white/rose gold after speaking with customer service yesterday. It sounded like they could order it for you, but it was not for sale on the web site. I'll update this when I receive the band to confirm it's identical to the one that came with the watch.
Hey... I got one from John appleseed because the little bit you tuck the strap into broke. It cost me $70 (not worth $70 but what do you do ) and it’s been ok... the dirt just sticks to it like no tomorrow compared to my old one.
