Block and unblock app notifications on Fenix 5x v 10.0

Noticed for the first time that when I get a notification from a phone app (such as calendar from an android) on my Fenix 5x (version 10.0) that the option is there to 'block app'
So I tried it out. Seems to work, but now I want to unblock the app but can't see how to, either in 'connect' on the phone or via the watch menu.
Anyone know how?

    Unblocking (and blocking) can be done in the mobile connect app.
    just go to settings and smartphone notifications.

    Hi, just go on garmin connect on your phone, after setings/smart notification/choice app on/off

    Just for my understanding: Is it possible to only allow or block all notifications that come from the phone OR can you turn it on/off for individual apps?
    Example: On my phone I get notifications from two different news apps and from my calendar. Is it possible to allow only one of the news apps and my calendar but block the other news app? They all should still show up on the phone but only the two on the watch.

    It's my understanding that you can block individual apps. However, if you are trying to block different types of notifications from the same news app, I think you are out of luck. Try it and see, is my advice (and you probably have by now) You can always unblock the app, now that helpful people above have pointed out how to...

    How to do this on an iPhone? I want text messages on the watch but not other notifications. Though I still want all notifications on the phone - just not the watch. Seems all or nothing with iPhone?

    Don't have an IPhone to test with, but for me on Android, the opportunity to block an app appears on the WATCH when I get a notification and as far as I can tell, it only blocks that app.
    Does it work differently with the IPhone?
    Also If you look in the Garmin connect App on your IPhone, and choose menu (triple bar on android)->settings->"Smart notifications" do you see a list of different apps? If so (as I do on the android) you should be able to turn them on and off individually, I'd think.

    Note that there is a difference (on the android) between "Notifications" (which is an all or nothing setting) and "Smart Notifications" (which allows apps to be on or off individually)

    If you don't see Smart Notifications in the menu in Connect, then maybe you need to update it? Or maybe it isn't available for IPhone...

    Yeah, no smart notifications in Connect on the iPhone, just notifications. Software says version 4.11.0.11. I'm guessing its just not available on the iPhone.

    The watch notification options don't have a block, that i can see. Its just on, on during activity, not during activity and timeout. For the on you have the option to show calls only or everything. Seems a lot more restrictive when paired to an iPhone!

    Maybe a clear all option - rather than clear one at a time on the watch - would be nice.
