EPO not updating via syncing with Garmin Connect (Android)

in Forerunner 935 I succeeded to update it only through wiFi syncing. the other 2 methods (mobile and Garmin Express) did not succeed. Don't ask me why...... Check under the forerunner 935 forum, there's a similar topic there.
