So, I’ve had a service ticket in Garmin’s system for almost 2 weeks with only one “have you tried updating to v10.0 and reset your routers?” response from customer service regarding my watch not having working WiFi. I’ve read all the other threads I could find on here about it and tried all those fixes to no avail. At this stage, I’m just curious if anyone else is having this issue too? Or did QC mess up and mine is a one of a kind issue?
if anyone else has been through this and found any solutions that worked, I’m all ears. Just getting frustrated about the lack of support though.
