Has anyone been able to play with the Heart Rate stuff in the new updates?

I'd like to enable it, as the directions in the closed announcement thread says, but I'm not sure where I do it. Is this in the watch itself? Or in mobile garmin connect? How exactly do you enable it to detect uneven heart rate? No one has played with it yet?

hold the menu/up button while on the HR widget. Select Heart Rate Options.

As for "how" it works, i'm not sure.

On mine, it suggested a warning at 100 bpm "for a period of time, while at rest".
Guess I will find out if/when it ever happens, but this would happen when I was in a lot of trouble.

100 bpm looks standard warning at rest : same thing here. It’s a good start I believe.

There is a cardiogram app, from Garmin?
If it's from a third party, they don't seem to play well with Garmin.
