Error installing the update

Well, it's been a week - I assume there is nothing wrong with the server.
Only have 5 files in Activity folder on the watch.
Tried reinstalling GE, after removing and adding the device from it...

I have the same issue with my Fenix 5S sapphire. I tried 2 computers, turning the watch off and on, still the red error banner "there was an error installing the update".
My watch-id is 3951108904, current software 9.20(e632436), Dutch language.

Help is appreciated.

Looks like a garmin problem as rollout phase locked at 20% after 5 days... took 3 last time before going to 100.

V10 thos morning. Update via iphone.

I have updated to V10 now as well. This morning Garmin Expess on the PC still gave the same error, but later today, after syncing the watch with my iPhone I had the option to install the update from the menu on the watch.
