Fenix 5S - installing FW 10.00 problem - taking long time downloading

Hi Support, (and all others that can help me)

I've a Fenix 5S for more than 1 year and this is the first time im having issues with updates.
I'm trying to update to FW 10.00 using Garmin Express (which is the only way i ever update it) but it stays stuck on "transfering file" forever (seem image in attachment). Anyone else had this issue? Were you able to solve it? HELP

Reinstall Garmin Express and try again. Alternatively remove device from Express and readd it.

Thanks for the suggestions... done both already to no avail :( Could it be some issue in Garmin servers... btw, i've tried only today to update actually

I have the same problem. Tried: reinstall of GE, turned firewall off, removed fenix and re added - no result. In log of GE there is 404 error - so there is kind of the problem in communication between GE and Garmin servers.

That is "good" to hear... at least if someone else is having this issue, it might just be Garmin servers problem that can be fixed in the next couple of days

:( As I'm not able to update FW via GE I was waiting for update via Android app - it showed twice that the new firmware is available however nothing happened. After couple of minutes icon of update disappeared in the Android app, no update installed. Fenix 5s is my first Garmin device (i'm using it 1,5 months) and i'm not happy at all with quality of software (already had to reset watch to default settings as HR was random), application on PC doesn't work, even this forum log off me every 15 minutes even if I check "remember me" option...
