Heya,

I have exactly the same problem with my F5,

I think it came with update to 9.20, after then F5 is not seen by PC,

It showed message in win10 multiple times that USB device is not recognized.. After few tries it even stopped showing the message...

F5 are being charged tho.... I thought it might by cable since I tried it on multiple PCs... So I picked up a new one today...

It doesn't work either....

F5 were updated to 10.00 through garmin connect... I was thinking it might fix it, but nothing...

I can't even force F5 to USB mode... I tried reseting it to stock.. nothing...

Interesting... but it worked flawlessly until then...

Some solution would be cool.
