Hey,
I am seeking advice on how to get the lactate threshold test completed (I have read what is available out there already). I have tried three times, between the first and the second I adjusted the HRMax but still, I get to run to my max HR and haven´t got an estimate.

I have run several times with the watch already (including two half marathons), and my VO2 max seems to be stable between 58-59
Any advice? It´s quite a fun workout, but I´d rather have an estimate.
