UK FENIX 5X. How to add Maps for Brazil?

Before I left home for Rio I tried to install the updates on Garmin Express for maps for South America. On Arriving in Rio there are not detailed maps on my watch. The only thing included in the map options that goes beyond Europe is the included worldwide base map, which doesn’t show the detailed streets.

Can an anyone tell me how to add a detailed street map of Brazil(or at least Rio?). Do I need to remove the European maps to make room?

I’ve tried a few out from the various sites listed here https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OSM_Map_On_Garmin/Download with this place ticking most boxes for what I wanted (I used their Africa maps a while back) https://www.gmaptool.eu/en/content/brazil-south-america-osm-topo-routable . Another reliable option is this one http://garmin.openstreetmap.nl/ .

I doubt space will be an issue, but you will need a PC/Mac, Fenix USB cable and a decent internet connection. If you choose the single ISO file option, then installation is easy (just drop the .iso file in to the /Garmin folder where the current maps already reside).

you may also install TS-Brasil - Tracksource Brasil at http://www.tracksource.org.br/desenv/tabela_mapsets.php . First option "PC". That will install Brazilian map to Basecamp and you can chose which region to send to the watch.
