Hi,
Does anyone else experience hr drop outs during strength training? My heart rate (which comes from a Scosch IR band) will drop out during strength training - it will drop off hard (like 30-50 bpm drop) for 10-30 seconds and then it will come back up.
I remember reading about this in another post awhile ago - but I have not been able to find that post.
Anyone else experiencing this or have a possible solution
