online Garmin Fenix5

Hello, I see a lot of Garmin Fenix5/5x online for a significant lower price but still not super crazy cheap. Most of these those watches comes from HongKong.
My question, are they fakes? Any one ordered before? What’s the catch?

The catch is that they are probably APAC versions, which means that they have different language sets and delayed firmware updates.

Is (relatively) easy to change the firmware or are you stuck to APAC?

You are stuck with APAC. I wouldn't buy an APAC version unless I had a need for the languages that are only available on them. Not only is the FW for APAC devices behind "Rest Of World" devices, you don't have the ability to try any of the beta FW if you're looking for a fix or new feature.
