Notification setting

Hi,

I'm looking for a setting, where can I set:
1) Turn off notifications when the watches are taken off the wrist. It just vibrates all the time on the table. Fenix has "on wrist detection", because it turns off heart rate sensor. Why it still vibrates then?
2) Turn off notifications when the phone is active. I mean, when I'm texting with someone, using the phone, it still vibrates with every new message. I want to receive notification only when the phone is locket, otherwise it's nonsense.

Or is it not possible to set this basic things?

I think that kind of setting is impossible. My watch only turn off HR measurement when charging.

My watch turns off HR measurement 2-4 seconds after it's placed on the table. So it has "not on wrist" detection. Every F5 should do this, otherwise you have faulty one.
