Problem with file upload

I have problem with corrupted file. In my f?nix 5s activity is normal, everything seems ok, I can see the distance, time, chart, HR, but this file is impossible to upload in CG, but can upload without any problems in Strava. Try to export from Strava and upload to CG, but this does not worked.And this is second time with corrupted file since last update. Never experienced similar problems with normally recorded activities before this last update.
Is there any way to repair this files and if this is problem with software, it's impossible to predict when file will be ok and when not.

Currently there is an outage of some Garmin Connect services, which prevents users from uploading activities to Garmin Connect. Look through the forum. Many users report issues with activity upload. Your activity file is probably just fine. We have to wait for Garmin Connect to resume normal functioning.

I had the same problem. But I could manually upload the fit file into the Strava.

I had the same problem earlier today (would not upload into GC, but could import manually into Strava).

I checked about 20 mins ago, and it has now uploaded into GCM no problem. Seems like tmk2 is right with his suggestion of a temporary server outage.
