9.73 Change Log Notes:

Added canned text reply support (Android only).
Added additional Connect IQ 3.0 features.
Fixed an issue that could cause elevation graphs to be smoothed and total ascent and descent values to be inaccurate.
Fixed an issue that could prevent sensors connected over BLE from reporting data.
Fixed an issue causing HR data for pool swim activities to be graphed incorrectly in Garmin Connect.

Please note, the beta updates released on these forums are not suitable for APAC region devices.

You don't get to configure them - hence 'canned responses'

Thanks for the clarification. Is it planned to also add custom replies? The watches are also used in non-english speaking countries :)

if it's like the VA3 then we may be able to edit the responses through the connect app on android, I'm really happy to see this beginning to be implemented, Thanks Garmin.

After I install this update, Garmin Express say that more than 20 apps are incompatible.
It is because of adding Connect IQ 3.0.1 features?
I have Quatix 5 Benchmark Tree is 2544 score. Not so bad.

Yep, same here. Garmin Express errors with the message that the files could not be transferred because of compatibility issues (Garmin connect App keeps busy trying to sync everything).
Nonetheless all the apps/datafields are still on the watch and working.

Can I just say thank you to Garmin for this feature. I personally am unlikely to use it often, but I can see how it would be useful for some users.

It does however show how Garmin are listening to users. The support for Galileo was unexpected, but reacting to user requests so quickly like this is a sign of customer focus and I really applaud that.

As an aside I love my F5, it rarely leaves my wrist and I will be first in line for a Fenix 6!

Yup, same here, 15 Apps claim incompatible updates. Problem occurs with FW 9.20 as well as with 9.72 beta.
